The Container is The Contained

The Container is The Contained

An earthen vessel floats in water,

There is water both inside,

And outside the earthen vessel,

Soaked in water, it floats in water.

The water thus both contains the vessel that remains afloat over it,

While also has its stay inside the vessel.

Within thus remains without in much the same way as without remains within,

In the absence of any so-called separation,

The vessel continues its journey over the one that flows.

Likewise, the Space/Akasha that One perceives outside,

Also remains inside as the open canvas over which thoughts and emotions play their dance.

The Being remains in It and It in the Being,

Like Pearls tied onto a string and the string passing in through them.

Forms like thoughts appear on the canvas, carry out their dance and thereby dissolve in the same only to re-emerge,

The Akasha however remains unperturbed and unchanged,

Thus, reflecting Its Aliveness from moment to moment.

The Space that is contained inside the Being thus also contains the same,

Making the Being float along the river of Life.

The Untouched

Spring clean – Decluttering Our Space and Mind - Alive Wellness

The space that remains both within and without is untouched...virgin,

What is Untouched is Ever Alive....free of being tarnished by the continual flow of thoughts that spontaneously arise only to be dissolved into it, tracelessly.

That which is inside is also outside,

Uniform and Homogeneous.

Forms and identifications, worlds and universes spontaneously gain emergence in the same,

Only to be dissolved into It to be born anew.

The space remains neither attached nor detached to that which emerges nor to that which dissolves,

It only silently witnesses the play without any identification whatsoever,

The witnessing itself is spontaneity without any separate self to witness the eternal game of appearances and disappearances,

The Nature of the Self or the Untouched Canvas is to witness ,

What is Alive, witnesses yet remains the unchanged and timeless background to the ever changing, ever spontaneous flow of events, phenomena and circumstances.

The nature of the space being ever encompassing, ever compassionate remains indifferent to the acts of acceptance and rejection,

It neither accepts nor rejects, only remains.

What is space is free of contents,

Its nature is Empty though not blank,

For the Emptiness helps in the arising of Wisdom,

The Intelligent Power that takes care of one and all.

What is Self-Realisation?

What is Self Realization | Self Realization in spirituality ...

Self-Realisation is realising that there is no separate self to realise or not realise. It is thus the Total dropping of the idea of the story concerning an individual or limited self-identity. In the dropping of the idea of a limited self the limitations associated with it also drops. The restrains that the limited self identity was suffering from tends to dissolve thereby leading to the birth of wisdom and of clarity. The realisation of the Truth or Self helps in understanding that there is no-one that has realiaed or not-realised. That which Truly Exists is ever realised. The eye cannot see the eye without the help of a mirror. Similarly, the Truth sees Itself in the mirror of the mind. The separation of the subject or the seer from the object of seeing or the sought leads to the emergence of duality and multiplicity. Self-Realisation leads to the breaking of the mirror. It thereby frees one from the set of conditioning and belief systems to which one was so closely related to. These conditioning and belief systems impinged on us by social and cultural systems creates the false sense of identity, values and beliefs. The realisation of One's True Nature frees one from such self created burden and thereby helps in generating a sense of free-flow and surrender. Peace and Love perfumes from the Self Realised Being which echoes throughout the universe. The language of the Self is Silent, yet again it is the most eloquent form of conversation to the ears that is ready to hear. The experience of Self-Realisation is irreversible in nature. It takes time for the fruit to become ripe. Once ripened it just falls from the tree spontaneously without any extra effort or intervention. Thus, Self-Realisation is effortless and spontaneous in nature. The water is always available under the ground. One only needs to bore deep into it to let the water gush out spontaneously and effortlessly. One thus needs to dive deep inside oneself to reach the Source of One's Very Being. The inner journey to One's True Self is the destination Itself. One is always That which one seeks from moment to moment. The understanding of The True Nature of Oneself and not depending on the body-mind identity to which one is closely related to helps in both arriving and also in getting established as The Truth that One is Really Is. The Truth is timeless, dimensionless and changeless in nature. States like waking, sleeping, dreaming and even the transcendental happen over It as It. It remains unchanged. It remains as the Seer or Witness of the states. Time and Space rest inside That as That without having any separate existence. The Self or Atman or Brahman has neither any separate birth or death. It is thus birthless and deathless in nature. It's Nature is Freedom and Profound Happiness which gets reflected from the Being.

It Is As It Is

It Is As It Is

It is neither existent or in-existent and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither aught nor naught and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither sacred nor profane and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither absolute nor relative and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither total nor partial and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither empty nor full and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither silence nor noise and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither form nor formless and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither light nor darkness and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither union nor separation and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither this nor that and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither dual nor non-dual and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither perfection nor imperfection and again both

For, It Is As It Is

It is neither samsara nor nirvana and again both

For, It Is As It Is

All opposites unite as there wasn't any

For, It Is As It Is

What is Total

What is Total is without parts,

Totality is That which is devoid of limits,

In Totality there is no separation neither of so-called Union,

What was never separated, can it be newly united?

Totality encompasses All yet is free from and of All,

What is Infinite encompasses all types of finites,

The finites lose their separate identifications in the Infinite,

And thereby become the Wholesome Whole.

In losing all forms of self-identifications, the limits are set free,

Totality is thus another name for Freedom Itself.

Freedom like Totality can neither be attained or lost,

Being free of limits journey backs Home or to One’s Natural Abode.

The all-encompassing Nature of Totality reflects the essence of Compassion,

Totality is thus Ever Compassionate,

It’s hands are ever open,

It does neither hold nor reject,

The ever compassionate Self or Totality makes no difference,

Between Real and Illusion,

Between beauty and ugliness,

Between sacred and profane,

Between Light and Darkness.

Thus What is Partial is Total, What is Total is Partial,

It is both this and that and Beyond any set limits.

Totality is Life, Life is Totality,

Totality is Self, Self is Totality.

The ever compassionate Self or Totality generates the perfume of Love and Peace,

And withdraws into It the sufferings and agony of one and all,

It being empty of all identifications uniformly encompasses One and All,

What is Total bathes Itself in the Light of Love and Glory,

Thereby breathing Life to the Existence at large.
